Service Description

This session will be a mix of discussions, questions, suggestions and really useful, personally tailored processes, as needed. Each session focuses on you, to ensure you are on the right track and getting to where you want to go. The one-hour Skype or Zoom sessions are exceptional for developing methods which can help lessen stress, build confidence, make life easier and focus on those things that are important to you. You will learn to calm in life’s storms using resilience tools enabling you to stay on track. These holistic result-driven sessions achieve the same results as in-office sessions. Do your best to schedule a time when you know you will not be interrupted. Payments are in advance (unless otherwise agreed) by direct deposit or credit card using PayPal. Fee paid prior to session. Appointment made through calendar. No refund
