Our 30 minute session will consist of working on formulating small short-term actionable plans that you can accomplish. You will discover what you want to change, be empowered to be true to yourself and set specific and achievable goals, outcomes and develop a plan to achieve them. A complimentary one time promo code will be provided to you for your first initial session. Payments are in advance (unless otherwise agreed) by direct deposit or credit card using PayPal.
